Counselling
Art Therapy - This modality provides a creative space to unpack current life experience. These sessions are designed to have fun while increasing personal awareness, insight and knowledge. It is a great way to lower anxiety and work related stress, to debrief or give yourself some time out.
Working with art as your therapeutic tool gives you many creative options to explore your world. You choose what you want to work with - painting, clay, drawing etc and I create a program to suits your needs. It can be a one time only or become a regular outlet for your own self improvement and mental health.
Post Trauma Debriefing and Crisis Interventions
I work with YOU to help process, understand and move through difficult times.
We explore life impacting events with understanding, to find hope again.
You learn strategies that provide confidence and direction.
