There is so much to do and no time to do it!

This is a common catch cry that I hear and think myself. So how can I possibly find the time to do anything beyond what is necessary; providing for my family, paying the bills, and working diligently? All while trying to be a great parent and have a successful career.

Maybe you have or are a student, desperately trying to balance grades while navigating through the challenges of transitioning into adulthood, and not loosing yourself in the process.

Whatever your story or situation, the fast pace and pressures of daily life is the very reason why we all need to be more aware of and deliberate about supporting our mental HEALTH!

We don't all need psychotherapy or counselling. But we do all need to

For many years I have witnessed the increased burn out, trauma and fatigue impacting first responders and service providers, our teachers, childcare workers, and overwhelmed professionals, parents and teenagers, in our community. I know that self care is vital for our individual sustainability and productivity both at play and in the workplace.

Through these years of working with individuals and professionals like you, I learned and developed various ways that help us break through our normal blocks. Creative approaches that encourage an easier more effective way for you to identify and navigate challenges that impact your psychological, emotional and physical wellbeing.

I am excited to offer these custom designed and facilitated classes with you in mind.
Specifically to provide support for everyone who feels the everyday pressure to perform - in a space where you can come and take care of your wellbeing.

What do I take from this experience?

The goal of this experience is that you leave every class encouraged
and with new knowledge and ideas to empower you in your life.

You will be talking about relatable topics that impact your wellbeing today, to encourage personal exploration and increased awareness of how you are interacting with and being impacted by your environment. Whatever is relevant to you NOW is what is usually processed and resolved during the class.

This release from daily pressure with a moment to reflect, results in you feeling relaxed after this unique opportunity for self care, insight and personal growth.
